Mint configuration

$TORQ CA required before mint configuration.
Metadata is hosted by TORQ and is not immutable IPFS storage. New accounts are not automatically registered as the official TORQ collection. Public mint activation requires the verified collection and Candy Machine addresses in the project configuration. The official mainnet program and collection must be verified before public minting.
